Meeting room
You can often find the meeting room size listed on venue websites, or by contacting the venue directly. Alternatively, you can estimate the room size. Below is an example of a typical classroom layout:

Transportation
Estimate the percentage (%) value of each mode of transportation that will be used by your participants.
Catering
Confirm the catering split between standard, vegetarian and vegan menus (standard being a menu including meat consumption). Note this is not about specific delegate dietary requirements, but about menu choices made by the organisers.
