Read & Publish Open Access agreement with the Ontario Council of University Libraries consortium (OCUL)

We are delighted to have signed a five journal Read & Publish agreement with the Ontario Council of University Libraries consortium (OCUL) in Ontario, Canada.

This agreement, which runs from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2026, enables researchers at participating institutions to benefit from:

• Uncapped, immediate and fee-free publishing of accepted Open Access research articles for all corresponding authors under CC BY licence terms in our prestigious hybrid journals – Development, Journal of Cell Science and Journal of Experimental Biology – and Open Access journals – Disease Models & Mechanisms and Biology Open.
• unlimited access to all three hybrid journals, including the full archive dating back to 1853.
